Ms. Elman Foley has built three successful businesses and advised multiple family offices, startups and SMBs on strategy, sales & marketing, leadership development, hybrid workforce, performance management, learning & development, and digital workplace.
Ms. Elman Foley has advised companies on HR policies and procedures, personnel management, verification of staff licensure, certifications, and registrations, succession planning and other critical people-related functions. She’s a board member of a single family office.
Alex holds a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification. She is certified in applying the DISC Personality Assessment to identify driving and restraining forces. She parlays this and other tools to help with critical conversations, conflict resolution, and encouraging creativity and productivity. Ms. Elman Foley’s special gift is training people to adapt and prevail.
